Satay Fried Rice

A quick and easy dish

A dish that combines 2 of the most popular oriental dishes, fried rice and chicken satay.

Serves: 2 persons

Shopping List
  • 150g cooked Long Grain Rice
  • 2 tbsp Jimmy’s Satay Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Amoy Oyster Sauce
  • Cooked Satay chicken meat (diced)
  • 1/4 onion (diced)
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 red chilli (diced)
  • 1 carrot (diced)
  • 1 red/green pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the onion, red chilli and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Add Jimmy’s Satay Sauce and cook for a couple of minutes or until the aroma from the satay sauce is released.
  3. Add the rice, chicken, vegetables and Amoy Oyster Sauce and fry until heated through and the ingredients combined.
Tips & Hints

Use alternative meats, poultry and vegetables to suit your taste buds.
