
Satay Fried Rice
A quick and easy dish
A dish that combines 2 of the most popular oriental dishes, fried rice and chicken satay.
Serves: 2 persons
Shopping List
- 150g cooked Long Grain Rice
- 2 tbsp Jimmy’s Satay Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Amoy Oyster Sauce
- Cooked Satay chicken meat (diced)
- 1/4 onion (diced)
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 red chilli (diced)
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 red/green pepper (chopped)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the onion, red chilli and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add Jimmy’s Satay Sauce and cook for a couple of minutes or until the aroma from the satay sauce is released.
- Add the rice, chicken, vegetables and Amoy Oyster Sauce and fry until heated through and the ingredients combined.
